Working with Mike was a pleasure. He is respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my new bathroom was everything that I wanted. I will definitely be hiring him for my next project!

The contract was signed September 11,2021. It stated work would begin week of October 4th.
The project started on October 14.The contract stated the project would be completed in THREE
weeks. We are in week number NINE. I have been sleeping on a mattress on the living room floor throughout this ordeal.I was confident in the contractor in the beginning. I informed the contractor that I was done with him and his subcontractors on Friday December 10th. Not having heat for three days and kept getting the runaround from him and the plumber was the last straw.
It appeared he too busy with other projects to finish mine.Although he had time to bring debris from other job sites and bring it to the dumpster in front of my house.
My home was covered in think dust for days because the flooring crew did not put up plastic while sanding the floors. Circuit breakers keep popping. The foundation cement work was not done. I question if the wiring in the attic is code.
There was supposed to be heating installed along the outside walls. The plumber did not seem to be familiar with the mono flow heater system. He did not install a return system to the extended heating sections.
One of the subcontractors did not ask to use the bathroom, so he relieved himself on the basement wall and floor!
This has been a very difficult time because nothing has gone as promised.
If you hire a wonderful contractor who hires horrible subcontractors , the sum of the work starts to look less rosy.
Like a business manager , part of a contractors skill should be in hiring good people, and the contractor who shrugs his shoulders in apology for bad subcontractors is passing blame that is really his.
