Mario, installed my heat pump a year and a half ago. He sodered all the connecrions(they should have been brazed which is stronger). If done right I would not be sitting here writing a review having to pay 500 dollars to have somebody come and do it right. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY. He is a hack and a straight up liar. We were supposed to have a 17 seed unit put in. When I asked why he put in a 16 seer unit. Mario informed me that the seer ratings change from year to year on the units. Straight bold faced lie. He work is very subpar. My two stage heat pump is effectively only 1 stage because he jumped some wires and did not even do that right. My list goes on and on. But so not hire this guy or let him near your HVAC equipment and don't believe a word he says. Can I give him less then 1. Star.
