For some reason his workers removed my gutter guards when they replaced my roof. Once I found out, I told J (Jeremie) and he promised that he would come and have them replaced. To date, he has not. He made promise after promise that he would have his guys come by and replace them but Ended up making excuses saying that they have too much work right now. That I contacted him again now that the rain has come and now he's telling me that he is sorry, but he is out of business now. WHAT?! So basically I'm just out of Look, because he decided not to fulfill his promise and replace my guards. Before he went out of business. I didn't think this was a sheisty business and I don't fault Jon, but right now, Jeremie leaves something to be desired. I guess have to take legal action, now.
