    Addition
    $112,000

He is not a contractor!! Please do your research. We have filed reports with multiple agencies and the Attorney General of Idaho is aware of who he is. My husband and I hire him to build an addition. For a year he told us he was getting permits. He never once submitted for permits and he never had any intention of doing so. He is a scammer. He has $112,000 of our money and he won’t give it back.

    Bathroom addition
    $30,000

Neil Foster the contractor who took our job is three months behind schedule. He continues to make up excuses about why he can’t be here. Now we have an exposed part of our house with a tarp over it waiting for framing to start which was promised a month ago. We kindly asked for a refund of the $10,000 deposit required to start the job but he will not give it to us because he claims he will do the job. He doesn’t hold true on his word. He is quick to take your money and guarantee the timeframe of completion but then can’t follow through on that. We were actually better off before he had started the job because we had a roof intact.

    Replace a roof
    $20,000

I hired Prime Builders on September 6, 2022. I gave him $20,000 as agreed to purchase roofing materials.
After four months of trying to get Niel to purchase the material, I finally asked for my money back.
I have been trying to get my money back for the last two months.
The only thing we have to show for the hiring Prime Builders is that they tore off one half of the roof on two of
    the four apartments.

    Rebuild primary residence after fire.
    $200,000

Prime builder has 87000 of my money. Contracted to build my home aug 2021. Not even a foundation. I am 80 years old with cancer. This is probably decreasing my life time.
