    Now PRIME Design + Build Group. Stephen Ploue does not honor his (foundation) warranty under The Louisiana New Home Warranty Act. He cut corners with his shoddy construction and was not insured properly. The home now has over 100 cracks in the drywall. One crack spans over 20 feet in length. Beware of this unethical contractor.
