Home by Prime Design. During renovation, come to find numerous major neglect and short cuts the builder used. Their response was that it was signed off on. Being signed off and doing a job incorrectly-that any prudent or knowledgeable contractor would otherwise do is dirty, slimy and unethical. Shame on you Prime Design.
