Replace my roof and fix some issues within the house
    $24,000

SCAM. Terrible work and they love to steal the money and run!
I hired a construction company to replace the roof on my house and fix damage from a leak we had in the kitchen, from the leak in the roof following a bad storm. They told me 3 days and then took 8 - not consecutively. The workers were gone at least 4-5 hours a day with nothing to show
for it at the house. The foreman was never there. The workers kept asking me what they were supposed to be doing bc their boss
didn't tell them. Anyway, through this process they damaged my house by creating three new leaks in the attic which made their way
into the downstairs. There's water damage on the walls, they fried a ceiling fan bc the water was raining out of it, fried my personal PC
by leaking water into it - which affects my job directly, and caused yet another leak in my roommates room. In the kitchen, they took
down the moldy, water damaged boards under my kitchen ceiling tiles. supposedly looked up above them and said they found nothing.
Then they turned around and put the damaged and moldy boards right back up on the ceiling as if that's totally fine. Didn't finish
putting the tiles up, left one hanging AND a stack of them on the kitchen floor WHICH is a big hazard as they are very very sharp
edged and there are several animals here who could easily be harmed. I've already paid $24,000 plus for this roof, they are demanding
that I owe them an additional 4000 on top of that just for the roof and I am 99.9 certain they're committing fraud because that 24+k
absolutely did not get put into my house.
I hired them to fix something and instead damaged my house and didn't do the roof
correctly anyway I had to have my psychiatrist raise one of my medications bc of the mental turmoil. I am seeking at least 25k in damages and I am sure I will be tied up in a legal battle for a while with them. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

    Master bathroom remodel
    $17,500

If there were zero stars to give, I would give them.
I do not know where to begin. My husband and I decided to trust Prime Management with our bathroom remodel in Nov. 2020. Demolition began on January 7, 2021. We were told the project would take 6-8 weeks max. We also were asked to pay a large sum of money upfront. From the moment demolition began, we began having numerous communication issues with our project manager, Ryan, along with the owner, Matt. We were told contractors would come to our house, then they wouldn't show up. This happened regularly. Also, materials were not ordered in time, the items we picked out were apparently "not in stock", there was a lack of professionalism, the work completed looked halfway done, etc. The list honestly goes on and on. Throughout the next several months, my husband and I would go weeks without communication or someone coming to our house to work. WE were having to text or call to get information and a response as to when work would be done. Several jobs had to be re-done because it looked so poorly, including our entire shower tile. To make an incredibly difficult and long story short, we had to terminate their business because they showed complete incompetence for bathroom remodels. Apparently, everyone who has worked for Matt has now quit while also throwing him under the bus in the process. This entire renovation and process has caused much undue stress on our family. We had several contractors come to review the work and all were appalled at the lack of attention to detail and just complete disaster they made of our bathroom. All stated it needed to be redone. Matt (the owner) will claim he tried to fix it, but the 2nd go around was still of low quality and lack of professionalism. He will also claim that our family got covid which caused delays, but we only had covid for 10-14 days. This project lasted 7 MONTHS. He also told us many items we wanted to use for our bathroom were "upgrades". When we looked into it, we realized that these items were standard and not upgrades at all. We had an interior designer and a project manager from another company review it as well as a contractor with a degree in design. Both said NOTHING they used in our bathroom was upgraded. I've never seen anything like it. I would NEVER in a million years hire this company again.

Build new porch and replace kitchen floor
    $28,000

At this point of my construction process my opinion of this company is extremely low. We hired them in November. Gave them half the money down. They were suppose to start the last week of January. After the second week in February I called to see what’s up. Couldn’t get anyone to return my call for a week. When I finally did get to talk with someone I was very upset. They told me on a Thursday that they would be out the following Tuesday to start. Didn’t come Tuesday. Didn’t come Wednesday. Thursday the workers were there at 8:00 but stayed in there car until the supervisor got there at 10:00. They started ripping up my kitchen floor then asked me where the materials were. I don’t have them. They said they didn’t deliver them yet?? I ordered them a week ago. Then he gets on phone. They only partially rip the floor out, left everything laying in the floor. Then go outside and demo my back porch. Then tell me they won’t be able to get the composite decking until May!!! I have no way to go out my back door until May?!! Then they leave with pile of trash in yard and all over kitchen floor. Say they will be back at 8:00am Friday. Never showed up when I called lady in office says the boys don’t work on fridays. What??!! They say will be back Monday morning. They don’t call it show up again. I have all my appliances in my den. No stove to cook with. No way to wash or dry my clothes. My house is a mess and they have already taken $14,009+ from me.

I wanted to remodeling the kitchen and bathroom on my first floor, and a friend of mine from Pelham, AL recommended these guys to me after I saw the excellent work they did on my friend's kitchen in her co-op. They came out gave me a quote based on needed repairs and my ideas for modifications and guided me through what was possible. Throughout the project they were professional and they made the process of choosing cabinets and fixtures easy and helped me to stay within my established budget. Their finished work is very polished. All corners are plumb and surfaces level, best of all they finished the work on schedule. I highly recommend Matt and his team they exceeded my expectations.
