We hired Noe to do basic finishing work on a small kitchen remodel. We agreed to a scope. We paid 50% well in advance as he requested (presumably for materials). He arrived with low quality materials. He didn’t have the right tools to do the job. He was combative about the work required, forgetting that he had already come by and reviewed the work we needed. We argued and I had to ask him if the issue was that he wanted more money. He did bad work we had to pay another electrician to come fix. Repeat: we had to pay a proper electrician to come do the work correctly. He damaged much of our brand new kitchen install with his unprofessional work. I would never recommend him. What’s unfortunate is that he came highly recommended from a brilliant architect and designer whose opinion we value. This was an unfortunate mess all the way around. We’re sure he didn’t make much money and he likely regrets taking on our project. He’s refused to answer texts or emails. He walked away and left us with a mess. We definitely regret wasting our money with him.
