Buyer Beware! Isaiah refuses to complete work on our home and we’ve only been in it 3 months! We have unfinished baseboards, improperly graded concrete, windows that do not function, and so much more. This entire process from the beginning has been awful. He seems like a nice guy, but when it comes to getting things done, he completely disappears. He keeps directing us to the independent contractors that he used but they cannot help because he did so much of the work himself that it’s not their responsibility to fix his mistakes. The last communication we received from him directly was November 24th. He refuses to respond to anything or anyone, even the contractors he used when they’ve called on our behalf. We are at a loss of what to do at this point. The only thing we can do now is warn others to stay away! I have all documentation and I’d be happy to share if it saves anyone else from going through this absolute nightmare.
