We originally contacted Prime Shield for a siding quote on our fixer-upper, and our experience with them, particularly with Carlos and Fernando, blew us away.
When Carlos first came out, he was completely honest, suggesting our siding looked fine and could wait—a great sign of integrity from the start. After chatting, we mentioned our larger renovation plans, and he brought Fernando in for a second look. Their immediate honesty, politeness, and friendly demeanor convinced us to trust them with the entire project, and we are incredibly glad we did.
Carlos expertly handled all the coordination. He is highly knowledgeable, stays on top of every detail, and works seamlessly with Fernando. Fernando is an exceptionally talented craftsman—a true magician! He demonstrated proficiency in every aspect of our home's renovation, quickly identifying and solving every unexpected challenge that arose. He is quiet, competent, and masterfully in charge of the work from start to finish. Fernando is clearly driven by pride in his work, ensuring everything is done correctly and, above all, that the client is completely satisfied.
Beyond their skill, they were both remarkably patient and accommodating with our unique circumstances and initial back-and-forth planning.
We were so impressed that we're already bringing them back in the spring for exterior work. I can confidently say you won't regret hiring these guys for your project!
