NO customer service and have a $40,000 solar system that is unusable due to no paperwork. They didn't pull permits with the Coop as normal practice for any contractor would do. I have chased them for a week so far and got nowhere but more delays. If I could get them to do there part and make this right with the power company and could use my system I would change my rating. At this point they have been of no help and have consistently made the issue they caused worse at every turn. I only need my stamped plans and paper work from the install but they can not provide it to me or the coop. Would not recommend them to any one at all.

Exact same issue as the other reviewer. I had them install the panels of a $40,000 system but they haven't submitted the forms to get it activated with SWEPCO. And they don't answer their phones.
