We had a large jacuzzi tub in or master bath. It was getting quite hard to get in and out as my wife and I aged. Prime Team Builders was able to remove or old tub and build a beautiful walk in shower. The workmanship was excellent and finished on time. Sam was a pleasure to work with. His crews were all very pleasant and respectful of our privacy as they worked. Prime Team Builders also replaced our roof while we went in vacation. Again, they did an excellent job and we came home to a competed new roof.. I can't think of any other ontractor I would have trusted to do work while I was away. This is a top notch team I will happily call again when I need more construction work done!!!

Mr. Sam and his crew remodeled my Father's Bathroom. They were very professional and polite. Sam gave us a start date and I must say he did exactly what we ask for and more! We had Prime Team builders Inc. To do our bathroom remodel. They took the existing space down to studs, installed new vanity, shower, tile, fixtures, etc. Yhe workmanship was Exellent. I have put my bathroom Remodeling project aside for way too long.
My main concern aside from finding the right price, was finding a reliable contractor.
A contractor who can maintain a good communication and provide me with the peace of mind I desired.

Sam's team built a 400sqft wood gazebo for my backyard on time and on budget. During the proposal stage, he brought the framer with him to the job site, printed out the approved building plans and discussed details with me before coming up with a reasonable price. I have called a couple of his references and also visited his past project before making the decision to go with Sam. During the project, his communication was effective and he was physically on site during city's inspection and important project milestones. I am pleased with the results in the end. Sam is an excellent and seasoned GC that knows how to build from A to Z and brings the right crews to get the job done.

Prime Team Builders handled my kitchen renovation including flooring upgrade for the entire first floor, stairs and upstairs hallway. The quality of work is top notch and the crew were all courteous, efficient and diligent. Sam was very hands on from start to finish. Sam from Prime Team Builders was great every step of the way from start to finish.
