By Bonnie P.October 26, 2017Paint our condo exterior
My HOA hired this company to paint the outside of my condo at the Woodbridge Laurels in Irvine. They made a big mess on the deck of my unit with paint drips, overspray and footprints. Our management company has requested several times that they come to clean it up, but they still have not done it. Not only is their work sloppy, but now they don't stand by their workmanship. PrimeCo, come and paint my deck to clean up your mess!

PrimeCo was hired by my HOA to prepare woodwork, illegally remove window boxes and prepare and paint buildings. They said they would let me know, prior to removing my window boxes…they didn’t. The stucco and other debris was not removed properly but found buried in my planter below a thin layer of topsoil…they refused to clean this up. They refused to replace cracked wood on my deck, even though they had contracted for that. They only power wash what can be reached with a 6 foot ladder, which supposedly violates the paint warrantee. The site supervisors are unresponsive and there is poor communication between the site personnel and head quarters. Horrible company. I’d give them a zero rating, if I could.
