The upper deck supporting beams had dry rotted where they abutted stop of support post. The top of the support post was beginning to rot as well. The area had a good life having been installed in 1978. It was beyond my resources to replace this area on my own. I happened upon Buildzoom. I had already received on estimate on my own. I thought Buildzoom would provide me more than I had obtained. Buildzoom was very aggressive in finding a contractor my project. I only received one. Researching Prime Spec my thoughts were this contractor was precise, detailed, and produced very high quality work. Reading the reviews from various sites, it was consistently reported he was reported when he indicated, dedicated to his work, precise in his detail, and positively lauded for the results. I chose Prime Spec. During his initial visit, he analyzed the work to be done. Within three days I received an estimate. The estimate came in lower than the previous bid I received. Additionally he offered more material to cover all aspects of remedying my issue. Prime Spec came out on time, was prepared to start my project, and completed it earlier than anticipated. The final results were perfect. More than what I expected. The contractor mentioned that part of his preparation was to visualize how he would complete the project, whereby, he had his plan-of-action in place when he arrived. When starting the project, he knew how he needed to prepare, and what he would do when he arrived. There was no time wasted. In conclusion, this is the contractor one should consider for any construction work. In the future, he will be number one on my list to contact.
