I have used PrimeStar Home Services to install a new metal roof on my home, we were very pleased with the services and the modern aesthetic it gave my older home. The workers were extremely professional and made the experience a breeze. We loved working with them so much we hired them again to put up a PVC privacy fence and once again very pleased with the outcome and experience!

PrimeStar did our fence and it has added such an amazing ambiance to our backyard especially the privacy that we now have. The workers took down the old fence and put up white vinyl in four hours!!! Incredibly fast!!!! Well difinately using them again!!!

Primestar put a complete new bathroom in to my bungalow. The guys showed up every day at 8am, which is unusual enough these days, but were super fast, efficient and clean all the way through. And the result, well, nothing short of amazing, esp at the price.

I used PrimeStar Homes to replace the floorboards in my new house after I had removed the existing tile to uncover the original terrazzo. The owner, Bryan, was helpful and courteous when he came to do the estimate. He gave me a fair price, and helped me to select materials that would compliment the space. His tech, Alfredo, was scheduled to come just two days later, and he was also prompt, polite and efficient. He came prepared with everything he needed, prepped outside as much as possible, and made sure my newly refurbished floors were always well protected. He painted the new floorboards to match my existing trim and left the space cleaner than when he arrived. 5 stars for both quality and service!

I would highly recommend this company. Contractor was very friendly and professional. He kept me posted about the progress of the job and since they fixed the problem, I no longer get water in my master bedroom.

The technician repaired a pocketdoor. He had to cut through a wall to replace
the door. The wall and new door look amazing. I would highly recommend using
this company for any repair. I give them a 5 star rating!

At first impression, the owner seems very nice and personable. After being hired for the job, however, that changed. He hires all the work out - does not do any of it himself, but he did not come back and inspect the work of his contractors. When I asked him to come back and look at it because it was not well done, he was extremely unprofessional. As far as the job, I was very disappointed in the work. Aesthetically, nothing was done well. Nails were left unset - some even sticking out of the wood. Home was very dirty when they left - muddy footprints throughout the whole bathroom. When asked to return to look at the work, the manager was extremely belligerent. Continued to argue even though I asked him to calm down several times. I finally had to ask him to leave my home. I would never allow this contractor back in my home again.
