This guys contractors license is expired, his phones disconnected and with years of court litigation ahead he is finally out of business permanently. As it turns out he never was an experienced builder or contractor but simply a smooth talking shyster who would gain the trust of people then screw them over then move on to the next. Amazing though how a predator such as this can last before luck finally runs out and his bad deeds go full circle to bite him in the ass.

PRIMO CONSTRUCTION & RESTORATION owner Harvey R Frable III was arrested in 2010 for bad checks, theft by deception and domestic violence.

Took a great deal of money honest people and delivered nothing but problems. Currently being sued by no less than 4 honest, trusting people he ripped off, then has the incredible audacity to somehow remain on the Pleasant Valley School board of directors. http://www.pvbears.org/pvbears/site/default.asp
