I cannot comment on their work as Primo came out twice in the last 5 days for a major leak on our property but they didn't do anything. They sent the same crew twice with a bucket and a hand pump to repair leak on a main water line into our condo complex with 88 units on it. They kept making excuses after excuses and never got to do any work. Instead, they showed up with an attitude and wanted to fight with the members of the board of directors who are responsible for the best interest of the community. Their plumber had a Napoleonic complex combined with a "know it all " attitude and was more interested in fighting than working. He bragged about how his employer knew of his short-comings when it came to customer service and I would not be the first to complain about his lack of customer service skills. Finally, after the last lie, I had to ask them to leave the property as they were not forth coming or truthful and I could not trust them to do what was best for the community. This plumber's attitude cost his employer at least 88 potential customers and possibly more had I given our property manager a good reference regarding their work. Maybe the property manager who manages some of the biggest condo and residential properties in San Antonio could have used them on future plumbing work but now we'll never know. I will recommend our property management company never hire them again on any of their properties. Since they never did any work, I cannot comment on their work except to say their customer service lacks even basic common courtesy and respect for the customer. Save yourself the aggravation and disappointment and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND VERBALLY ABUSIVE. The shame of it all is the pride they demonstrated in not doing any work and giving lousy customer service bragging about how his employer didn't care about his attitude or how he treated his customers. This plumbers attitude will only serve to generate more complaints, customers lost and perhaps, even litigation against the company for the foolish behavior of its employees. Needless to say, we will not pay for the visits made by this companies plumbing crew as no work was performed despite sending 6 persons to look at a hole in he ground full of water.
