    I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO RUN THE OTHER WAY . JARED AND HIS PARTNER MIKE ARE THIEVES . A ADDITON WAS TO BE ADDED STARTING IN 2016 500SF . IT IS NOW 2017 AND WE STILL ARE NOT FINISHED . JARED AND MIKE HAVE LIED AND CHEATED US OUT OF $44550 . WE HAVE HAD TO FINISH A MAJOR PROJECT ON OUR OWN . HARD TO DO WHEN YOU BOTH WORK AND I WAS GOING THROUGH CANCER TREATMENT. I HAD A UNFINISHED ROOF JUST BEFORE HURICANE IRMA HIT . I HAD ASKED MIKE AND JARED IF THEY COULD TARP MY UNPROTECTED ROOF. NO RESPONSE. 5 HOURS AFTER HAVING OUTPATIENT EYE SURGERY I HAD TO TARP MY ROOF BY MYSELF WITH LOW VISION AND NO DEPTH PERECEPTION . WHAT I SAY IS NOT FALSE .I HAVE PICTURES AND DOCUMENTS EMAILS TO BACK MY STORY . YOU USE THESE GUYS AND YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY . MY HOUSE IS IN CLEARWATER . COME AND I WILL SHOW ANYONE WHAT THE DID NOT DO . AND THEY WILL NOT PAY THE SUBS. ANOTHER ISSUE WE HAD TO DEAL WITH . BOLD FACE LIES AND COWARDS .     Large Playground Addition

    I had an idea for a very large custom playground for my son. After deliberating and talking with a few construction companies I decided to hire Prince Construction for the job and I couldn't be more thankful that I did. They made the entire process smooth and professional. They were there when promised, explained the entire process, and completely exceeded my expectations on the actual playground itself. It was better than anything I could have imagined. I HIGHLY recommend Mike, Travis, and the rest of his crew. They've earned a customer for life, and I'll be calling them for all of my projects.     Prince construction built our home and a dock for us over the last 10 years. Their area director Mike Cavender oversaw the entire project and communicated with us thoroughly we never question what was going on and the process went as smooth as construction could be expected

    I cannot speak on Jared Prince of Prince construction, never met the man. However the guy that works under his contractors licence, Mike Cavender, will never do another job for me again. Gave him a large down payment, months later , I had to get another company to do the job. Took them 2 weeks to finish the job. Mike Cavender couldn't get it done in 4 months. ( what little they did do, unfortunately we had to pay the other company to take down )

    BEWARE - He represents himself as prince construction and works under his licence

    We had a very positive experience with prince construction. He completed our extension with very good quality construction. He has returned for the few issues we've needed to call him back.
    I would highly recommend him.

    Prince Construction LLC

    I would definitely not recommend this company. Follow up with the DBPR on him because it appears there are others having similar issues. His work is very poor and he takes a long time because he always has excuses. He's leaving a lot of clients high and dry with a mess.
