Prince Construction T/A Shawn Prince

He is terrible -- been working on my roof for over 1.5 years and it is still not finished. He has excuse upon excuse for not showing up and cancels about 10 minutes before he is to arrive. Now he doesn't answer email, text or phone

Hired Shawn Prince and his company to do a job locally. Took partial payment, and started the job, small job which could've been completed within a week. Then a no show and a ton of excuses why he didnt show. After several months took him to small claims where he was a no show! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Hi my name is mike I hired prince Construction to do our roof on our home we had a leak snow was coming Shawn came out on a Sunday repaired it for us then we hired him to do our roof what a great job by him and his crew from the tear of to clean up no complaints roof looks great and I hired him back for some minor things great guy and his crew is respectful he was recommended by a friend I would definitely use them again.

Hired Shawn and his company Prince construction for a roof repair and to replace drywall. Shawn gladly took a deposit and an installment. Roof was repaired according to his account which still leaked but slowed down. This is when the excuses and promises started. Showing up sparingly with most times not at all. A small job that could've been completed in 3 full days of work is now on its 3rd week approaching a month. I now have a bedroom with a ceiling completely gutted to the joist and rafters exposed. With winter coming and kids in the house I'm left to resort to other measures. My wife pretty much handled the whole project because of my work. She feels taken advantaged of.. Do not use this guy, Shawn and Prince Construction!!!

Hi I'm Jason I'd like to take this time and rate my experience with prince construction I hired Shawn and his employees to do a demo and build a couple wall's hang drywall prime and paint my basement job cane out great he and his guys are very polite and helpful thanks again Shawn will use prince construction again

Hi I hired prince construction to do my siding and roof in Atlantic City Shawn the owner was very helpful and my self and my family are very happy with the job and his crew I will be using Shawn again after holidays for another project as my house looks great with hunter green roof and tan siding I see Shawn has a couple bad reviews but I said let me give him the benefit of doubt and what can I say great turn out thanks prince construction and your crew

Shawn came to my house in Atlantic city and provided a free estimate on my home and he was the best option for us so we hired him and his crew they did a great job on my home roof and siding looks great. Thanks, Vince, Atlantic city

Mr prince came to my house on April 6th 2016. We called him for a siding repair and roof job we agreed on the price me and my wife Maria picked a color and from there the guys showed and did a great job nice respected crew look forward to working with prince construction again this summer for a deck job. I paid him to replace my roof. He promised to come again to fix and bring the tools he was missing. He never came or called. I had to call him on a daily basis and he continued to say "i'll be there tomorrow" and he never showed. After 3 months, I filed a case on him for court and he never showed nor did he pick up any phone calls. DO NOT CALL HIM FOR ANY BUSINESSES. HE IS A COMPLETE SCAMMER!

Contractor incorrectly installed cedar impression siding on my house and didn't return to correct problem after promising for 3 months on a daily basis. Employees help themselves to tools out of my basement while working on the house. When Shawn Prince was questioned about this he apologized and promised to replace the tools. This continued for over 3 months but he eventually fled the area and no longer lives in Ventnor.
