  I had the worst experience!! took them a year and 3 months to finish. only after i got the State Contractor to get involved.. there Quality of Subcontractors were not professional … They are not worth the headache.. Get another pool . company.. i had to put a star but they didn’t deserve that.

  If you need a pool done right, use Prince Pools. If you want a cheap one, keep looking. Couldn’t be happier with the results. Completed on time, at budget with no hassles. Shawn will take care of you!

  Swimming Pool, Spa and Deck

  I would never recommend Prince Pool to anyone. Stay as far away this business. He will tell you everything and anything to get the job. for example buy this $10,000 pool cover and you dont have to worry about safety. once it is closed the whole neighbor kids can be on it and it will hold them up, no fences need around pool cause with then pool that is all the safety you need. Lie LieLie! As soon as the cover was installed i called Dan to tell him it was installed improperly..He sent his helper to check it, he open and closed it once said it was fine, I explained and showed him how when it closed one side was closing and both sides should touch and close at the same time. The rope that ran on both sides of the cover pulling it open and closing was not whining properly on the pulleys. which keep breaking needless to say it is pretty pricey and was not covered, even though i kept calling Dan Pool about this on going problem, He told us he did all the work himself which he sub-contracted all of the job. Very disappointed with the finished product and how he mislead us in so many other issue. He has his worker handle and make decesion that he should be doing. He had discriminated against me and passed judgement on me that he had no right. I paid him cash on time and he never had to hunt me down for his money. Once he was paid in full.then he does not want to back up his work.
