    Our project with Prince William Home Improvement was completed with ease. All projects come with their hickups, but overall we were pleased with the result. We have just signed an agreement with PWHI for stage two of 3 our project extending out our patio. The sales rep we used was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped use realize our project and was respectful, prompt with his arrival time.

    Most recently PWHI built an addition to our mini-deck, turning it into a real deck. The communication was good, from the designer to the office to the foreman on the job. Responsive to questions and changes. Their work was also praised by the building inspector at the final inspection. Very pleased.

    I was a little apprehensive but after meeting with Tracy and telling him of our ideas for the kitchen, he helped us create a beautiful kitchen. He worked with me in making sure I had all the colors coordinated. He understood my vision of what I wanted and especially what I didn't want. The man who came to do the installation, Edwin, was phenomenal. He worked so quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after himself each day. He made sure I was happy each day and answered all of my many questions. We were halfway through the project and we realized that we had forgotten about the lighting. Rob and Stephanie were awesome in getting us what we needed. The key to any major project is communication. Never assume anything. I was kept informed and was extremely happy with the results. I will be happy to use PWHI again.
