Paul Donnan the owner of Princeps Development was the best part of our kitchen remodel. We had hired a designer thinking that would be the the smart way to go. Nope! The designer let us down time after time. Paul was knowledgeable ( pointed out flaws in the design) courteous, on time, creative with ideas and a great communicator. He always did what he said he would do and did it well. I would highly recommend him.
