got their number from the kohler help line.called to see if they could repair my generator.this guy doug said he'd be in the area over the weekend.said he'd call.never called back.called him back he said he'd call right back he was coughing.called back and he gave me the run around how he was sick.called the next day which was a week later.he sent a text which said the part was in phoenix!it would be 800.00.funny he never was here to even look at the generator yet he had ordered parts to repair it.i was born but it wasn't yesterday.i wouldn't have them change a light bulb!!!!!!!!!!!
