replace breakers
$350
Same - first guy out was great, spoke English. Second trip, different project, very limited language skills and was unable to answer basic electricial questions asked in English. Asked for supervisor, he came but spoke like he was just too busy to really listen. No issues with work, just the inability to communicate. Trump was right: Speak da Engleesh. Never again.

the electric has been screwed up since house was built, breakers keep burning out, lights, fans, fir
Worst people to deal with, They use non speaking journeyman to come and check or "fix" electrical problems, but you can't have a conversation with them because they don't understand. The girls in the office are the most cold hearted, rudest I have ever dealt with. You have to phone bomb them to get them to even schedule an appointment.
