    To fix our boiler so we can have heat.

    My boiler stopped working March 2023, another company took a long while to repair the boiler but after all of their hard work we still did not have heat in the main level of our ranch home. Priority Mechanical professionals came three different times in the same week of January 2024 and we now have heat on both levels of this two Zone home. We appreciate that we have heat and we no longer have to use the expensive space heaters. :). Cynthia

    Install replacement heat pump

    Review posted
    Don’t hire Priority Mechanical. They claimed that the refrigerant was missing in the new heat pump they were to install. When the refrigerant was delivered, they determined the pump was damaged and leaked. Now that the replacement pump has arrived they are ghosting me. The leak should have been caught early on because the damage to the pump was clearly visible (see picture attached). For all I know they caused the damage to the pump in the first place. I had an electrician over for unrelated work who advised that the wiring is not done right. I am willing to overlook all of this and pay extra, just to get the installation properly done. They are not responding…
