Thompson, Jonathan David
President Qualified
Steer clear away from these guys. John may be the worst businessperson I've ever dealt with. He is far from personable and makes you feel like its a privilege to get a hold of him. He will respond to all your texts and calls while trying to earn the business but after install he is a disappearing act. It's now been over 11 days without a response and I've sent texts and called many times. I've received more customer service buying a pair of shoes despite spending 20k+. They won't even adjust the airflow in the SPA after the original demo to our liking.
I used their services to build a SPA at the end of the pool which turned out fairly decent. However, JXI1400N heater they installed keeps giving IGN Faults which leads to it constantly turning off when ran for extended periods of time. This "brick" comes with a 3 year warranty which Thompson claims they warranty pre-sale. After the sale good luck getting them to warranty. I'll contact Jandy and let them know how they are being represented by their "authorized dealer".
Moreover, I'm still missing paperwork from my project such as my gunite invoice. Getting them to send invoices with the warranty on each was an absolute nightmare. They finished the project 1.5 month after they estimated (almost double the time). They didn't rake any of my rocks prior to digging which now I have to order 3 tons of rocks to replace all damaged rock. I had to clean gunite, debris, and variety of other trash created by them and their subcontractors. The list goes on and on!
These guys cut corners and the post sale customer service is non-existent. Run the other way ! May have to file complaints with the state and get other professionals involved to rectify the situation.
