Priority Remodeling

It's our first time dealing with a contractor as this is our first home. I have to say, Priority and his team has met all the expectation I had.

We hired Priority for a general contracting job that involves popcorn ceiling removal, hardwood floor installation, complete lighting overhaul, attic insulation reinforcement and conversion of gas fireplace to electric. Priority has been very responsive to my questions and concerns and would always keep me in the loop via texts and calls, even in evenings and weekends. We met in the house for progress inspection and partial payment for completed jobs every few days and Priority was punctual every time. The communication has been great and Priority ensured we always knew what was going on and what was going to happen next.

Considering that we were busy with work when the renovation was ongoing, Priority bought us components and rough materials he recommended (and we approved) several times, which we later reimbursed him for with clear records. He even managed to find moldings and trims for our hardwood floor through his own sources when the store we purchased the floor from didn't have any in stock (and would not in the future because the specific kind of wood was no longer exported). Needless to say, this saved us a lot of time and trouble and the result looks fantastic.

Overall, Priority and his team has done a great job completing the work to my satisfaction. I have high standards and they had to revisit several times to take care of the details. But they did, without any complaints or additional charges. Priority is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy and there is no doubt I'll work with him again for future remodeling needs.

We are really happy about our experience with Priority Remodeling. They recently completed remodeling our master and guest bathrooms. The end result is better than we even imagined it could be. Using our master bathroom feels like getting a spa treatment. The team were a pleasure to work with. The guys who worked on the bathrooms were friendly and we felt totally comfortable with them working in the house while we were away. They were always very good about locking up when they left. They were also great about closing the garage door when it didn’t need to be open as we had asked them to. The quality of the work was top notch. The tile work in particular turned out amazing. He was great at making himself available to chat via text or phone about any questions we had about the project as it was going. I really valued Priority ’s experience as well. He had great suggestions and it was a relief to be working with someone who has the experience to know what works well and what doesn’t. It’s nice to work with people who you can trust to do a good job and can also come up with good solutions to problems. He was also great about telling us early on about all the things we will need to purchase for the project, such as the tile, shower systems, etc. Priority also cared a lot about our circumstance as well. With my wife being pregnant we really needed the project to be completed on time well before the due date. Priority ’s team worked practically every weekend to make sure of this, which we really appreciated. His team was also able to squeeze in the installation of a new tankless water heater, which we weren’t originally planning to do until we discovered the old one needed replacement. Overall we’re really glad we chose to go with Priority .

We like Priority and his team a lot. We have three small children and a dog, so it was important that they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. They were very diligent in taping, lining and or covering entry ways, doors, and windows to help prevent much of that construction dust from flowing through the rest of the house. I like how they didn't leave their tools laying around after they've left for the day. It helped kept our children safe.

We trusted them as we came and gone during the remodeling of our kitchen and family room while they worked. They were respectful to our home, children and neighborhood. To boot, when they had to leave doors open to air out, bring in, or what not, they knew to keep an eye on our dog so she wouldn't wonder off.

I would totally recommend Priority to friends and family, and in fact I have already started referring them to Tony. The only downside is how busy Priority is and to get on his calendar, but that's how it is when you do really good quality work and do it well!

We articulated our vision of what we wanted as best we could and Priority was able to translate that with their work. We were able to better utilized our home's layout with the breakfast nook/bar, kitchen island to share our day's ups and downs over a glass of wine or something stronger, and a fireplace that is actually functional for us. It totally opened up the kitchen, family and living rooms.

We moved back into the kitchen and family room and life is beautiful!

Our project was a full renovation of our 3 story townhouse: originally built in the mid-90's, and literally everything needed updating. Removing soffits in the kitchen and bathrooms to raise the ceilings, installing hardwood floors throughout, refinish walls and ceilings to level 5 (goodbye unsightly stucco), complete redo of the kitchen and bathrooms, recessed lighting throughout the house, new stair railing and banisters, installing a whole house fan, upgrading our sub-panel, replacing all the doors, etc. We also had some structural work done, such as tearing down a dividing wall, building out a master bedroom walk-in closet, and building a pony wall by our entry way. And of course, all the issues you didn't plan on, such as ceilings and walls that aren't level, changes in design plans, etc. Priority and his crew did all the work, from demo to installation of all finished materials and fixtures, and I have to say that they did an outstanding job - the finished product exceeded our expectations. We trusted Priority to execute our 'once in a lifetime' home remodel, and he did not disappoint.

If you're in the market for home remodeling, one of the most important decisions you'll make is in selecting a contractor to oversee and execute your project. While we had been planning our remodel for some time, finding the right contractor was for us the most difficult part. We eventually turned to BuildZoom for some help, and were able to narrow the field to four contractors, including Priority . We visited project sites for all four to review their work and speak with clients, and were confident that all four were qualified. What set Priority apart from the others however was his genuine nature, the pride he exuded in his work and going the extra mile, and the importance he placed on customer satisfaction.

Over the course of our project we were in constant communication with Priority and his crew. Weekly meetings on site with Priority and our designer, and ad-hoc meetings as needed - sometimes quite frequently. Whether it was Priority or someone on his team, they were always available and responsive. It gave us great peace of mind to know that if there was ever an issue, we would be able to work through it immediately. And of course with a project of this scope, there will be issues. What matters though is how issues are handled. With Priority , if you're concerned then he's concerned. And if you're not satisfied, then neither is he. He will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, and if mistakes are made he'll make them right. A good example was the tile flooring in our powder room. One of his crew mistakenly used a thicker hardi-backer than called for. This didn't become apparent until after the tile floor was finished, and the wood floor outside installed. The two floors were offset by a 1/4" height difference. Working with our designer we came up with a workaround using a stone transition trim. Priority however decided the right thing to do was to re-do the entire powder room floor, at his cost, including purchasing the additional tile needed. Priority takes pride in his work product, and it shows.

Also requiring recognition is Priority 's outstanding team. I have to believe he has some of the best in the trade working for him, and they were all very professional and easy to work with. They were there almost every day and installed most of our fixtures, the electrical, kitchen backsplash and fireplace tiles, lights, etc., Andy installed our kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and casings, He did the tile work in our bathrooms, Tabo fabricated our natural stone countertops and waterfall island, ***** painted throughout the house, (another) *** crafted the stair railing and banisters, and **** did the level 5 work. Given the duration of our project it's important that you're able to work well with the team, and I'm happy to say we got to know them all by name and genuinely enjoyed working with them. As you would hope, they all cared about their work product and our satisfaction.

Overall, we're very happy we found Priority and had him on our project. His integrity, know-how, and emphasis on a job well done make all the difference. That, and the excellent team he has assembled around him. We would highly recommend him for any of your remodeling needs.

This year my wife and I bought a house knowing that it needed a lot of work. It was in the location we wanted, but as you can see the before/after pictures had not been renovated and was older home.

We found Priority through Buildzoom after meeting with several contractors. We chose Priority after he turned around a quote in 2 days, we knew that his work ethic and communication skills would pay off as a partner for our renovation. Priority helped us through the entire process, from permit approval all the way through completion.

Priority and his team:
• Reconfigured the floor intend to open up the super living space, including taking out a wall and adding support radiates
• Introduced all new electrical, adding numerous outlets in view of our ideal area
• Supplanted all pipes, and introduced another tankless heated water tank and water relaxing framework
• Built a new master bathroom with walk in shower
• Refinished existing and installed new wood flooring for a seamless look throughout the house
• Replaced all plaster walls with new drywall and insulation, finish and paint
• Constructed a wonderful kitchen, with custom herringbone tile backsplash and establishment of new cupboards, a functioning island, and new ledges
• Installed a new HVAC system
• Installed recessed lighting throughout
• New finishing, inclusive of baseboards, window trims, and doors
• Complete renovation of the existing bathroom
• Rebuilt the closets in the bedrooms for more storage
• Repaired exterior stucco, installed trim, and painted the exterior
• Repaired our fence gate

We now basically have a brand-new house, and although this was the first time we went through a home project of this size Priority and his team made the process seamless. Not only did they do quality work, they also completed our project on-time even with multiple huddles arising. The team worked 6 days a week to make sure that renovations were done timely, and my wife and I could move in by the end of December/2023.

We really liked working with Priority because of his exceptional communication skills, he responded to texts or phone calls in a timely manner which was very important to us since there are so many decisions to make (and things to buy) when going through a renovation. He really cared about us and our experience with renovating our home. I highly recommend working with Priority Remodeling and plan to use Priority and his team again for future projects.

I just had a complete kitchen remodel done by Priority Remodeling. A lifetime of waiting, 7 months of planning and 7 weeks of project time produced a space that is well beyond how I pictured it. I am still in awe. I had several other bids and all of them were considerably higher than the bid Inifinity was able to do. In fact, would’ve had to settle for far less of a remodel if I went with any other bid. He is on point. His knowledge was immediately obvious to me the first time he came to my home. It was as if he was just as or even more excited about the project than I was. This was comforting because this project carried a lot of anxiety with it. You want everything to go smooth, youre spending a lot of money and there are a lot of moving parts and its all foreign to the average person. Guy is a personable individual and he assured me everything I wanted to have done, would be done to my 100% satisfaction. Priority Remodeling’s crew is as equally knowledgeable, ***** was the project manager and I am going to insist he is on all the other projects I will be having Inifinity do on my home. My kitchen remodeling project was far more then removing old cabinets and replacing them w new cabinets. So naturally, there were some challenges. All of these challenges He and the crew met head on and solved them just as you would expect a professional remodeling team to do. Every step of the way I gained more confidence in these guys and soon I didn’t even need to point things out, they had come to know me and took care of things they knew I would be expecting to have done. Im you’re average home owner who just like the next home owner has reservations about not getting what you pay for, having corners cut and little customer focus once the contract is signed. I am here tell all of my fellow homeowners, you have nothing to worry about with Inifinity. Lastly, the customer service doesn’t end once the last check it cut, and the project is over. I had noticed a small detail missed – ceiling paint in a small section was missed – I notified Guy. The next day They first called me, then showed up w the guys and took care of it. That’s the kind of relationship Inifinity nurtures with their customers.
