By Rachael R.August 18, 2016Alteration due to fire$200,000420 daysResponse from Prism General Services Corp July 18, 2018As one of the owners of Prism General, I reviewed the details of this particular project as it concerned me that this customer was upset enough to write such an awful review. After reviewing all, there was certainly a personality clash between the project manager and the homeowner towards the end of the project. I personally was at the job site several times towards the end of the project and can definitely say that we, of course, used subcontractors and our own in-house staff to complete project. We did ultimately have to file suit to obtain payment due of $60,000.00, which was never paid by customer. The job was filed with NYC Building Department and all inspections during project and final were completed and approved. I hope this sheds some light on this review.

Zero stars. Simply awful. They are the most unprofessional, untruthful and deceitful men I have ever met. They failed to obtain subcontracts, the work still is not complete and now they have filed a suit against the owners for an incomplete job. Despicable.
