We've had 3 custom homes built over the years and Pristine Homes has by far been the most excellent in terms of value, quality, features and service. We've learned by experience to use a rigorous bid process before selecting builders and sub-contractors. Pristine came out the clear winner when price and features were compared, and after their model homes were inspected. They provided much advice for us in making customization decisions throughout the planning and build processes. The interior trim work is spectacular and flawless. They were even able to create an exact match for our fireplace from just a Pinterest photo. No home build is without challenges, but all issues were handled professionally and with excellent attitude. We are very pleased and thankful to have had our home built by the Schmucker family with Pristine. So pleased that when we wanted to add an outbuilding to match the home in structure, style and trim we went with Pristine again and the result was perfect.
