  Pool and Hot Tub Build and Installation

  Signed a contract June 6th 2022 for a March 2023 install. Work didn't actually start until May and then pool didn't get delivered until June. Was told it would be a 4 week project, it has been over 21 weeks. The work is not done and they have stopped returning calls and messages despite the work being only 25% complete. They were paid $54,500 of the contract so far and have ghosted us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE.

  WHAT WENT WRONG? IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.

  DON'T RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR AT ALL. CONTRACT WAS SIGNED LATE 2021 AND HERE JUNE 9, 2023 W/ NO INSTALLED POOL. BEEN VERY PATIENT WAITING, BUT SOMETIMES ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. BEEN ONE THING AFTER ANOTHER W/ MR. GREG KIRK. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILLS. HE'LL ANSWER A MONTH LATER TO A TXT ONLY AND WILL NOT ANSWER A CALL NOR RETURN THEM. LONG STORY SHORT BEFORE HE COULD INSTALL OUR POOL, IT GOT CRACKED (DEC 2022). TODAY HE FINALLY SCHEDULED A CRANE TO GET IT OUT OF THE WHOLE FOR IT TO BE "REPAIRED"(READY TO JUST GET OUR MONEY BACK , BUT HE DOESN'T WANT TO RETURN OUR MONEY). WAS TOLD TODAY THEY WILL HAVE TO "WORK ME IN". THIS HAS BEEN SO FRUSTRATING. WHEN HE GOT HERE TODAY I ASKED WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEND? (SINCE HE DIDN'T RESPOND TO THAT TXT PRIOR TO TODAY) WHAT WOULD THE PROCESS BE? HE STATED THEY WOULD GET THE POOL OUT AND READY FOR IT TO BE REPAIRED AND THAT SOMEONE FORM IMAGEN POOLS WOULD BE OUT. SINCE I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS TO OCCUR AND BC HE HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD ME HE WAS SCHEDULING A TECH TO LOOK AT IT I ASSUMMED ALL THIS WOULD HAPPEND TODAY; HOWEVER, AFTER THEY TOOK THE POOL OUT OF THE WHOLE HE AND THE CRANE GUY LEFT WITH NO WORD SAID. I CALLED HIM RIGHT AFTER AND ASK WHAT WAS HAPPENING HE SAID OH WE GOT IT OUT AND NOW GOING TO SCHEDULE FOR REPAIR. I SAID I THOUGH YOU SAID THE REPAIR WAS HAPPENING TODAY? SAID HE NEVER SPECIFIED IT WOULD HAPPEND "TODAY". GRRRR. WAITING AND WAITING.

  My pump went out right here at the height of the summer heat and algae was starting to build quickly!!! Called Pristine Pools and they came right out and diagnosed the problem on the spot. Unfortunately the other guys who worked on my pool 3 years ago didn't install the pump correctly so it burned up prematurely. 4 Days later I'm up and running smooth as silk with my new wifi pump. Best part of it all is that instead of having to add a timer my new pump came equipped with one built in...hello utility bill savings. Thank you Pristine Pools of the Shoals I'll see you when I need to replace the liner.
