Pristine Pools has been excellent with maintaining my pool. They come by once a week and Kyle always leaves my pool "pristine". So the name is fitting. Not only that, Kyle is very friendly, he always takes the time to talk to me when I come out and will explain exactly what he is doing to me and answer any questions I have, he is definitely knowledgeable in pool maintenance and repair. Last year I had a new glass filter and Hayward super pump put in and not only was comparatively priced, but Kyle installed everything, including hooking up the electricity to the pump and installing new pipes from the pump to the filter etc. He made it look easy and everything worked great and I watched him install it, he didn't use a level or tape measure, but the pipes were perfectly cut and level. You can definitely tell he has done this before. He also took the time to address an issue with the valves and the water level being too low in the attached spa, it took a couple visits before he was able to figure out what valves need to be opened and closed in order for the spa to have correct water level. He researched the solution to the spa issue and the Polaris issue on his own time at home. An update for this review I have had a couple new people come the last couple weeks, I dont know their names, but they seem friendly enough and my pool is still being cleaned. Sometimes I feel like it could be done better recently and if I say something to Jessica about it she will have someone come out the very next day to clean it again free of charge. In fact a few months ago I guess Kyle had off, but a man and Jessica cleaned my pool, well I wasn't happy with the results and told Jessica and she made sure it was cleaned again the very next day. I would still prefer Kyle to continue maintaining my pool, they dont seem as knowledgeable about pool chemistry and how everything works, but as long as these new guys keep it looking good I guess I can get used to them.
