What started out good quickly turned horrible. They give a great sales pitch but have little to no project management skills. They are not respectful of customers time, property or pets if you have them. I understand supply chain issues, but when they wanted a big check they would show up to do some work. Otherwise crickets, no contact unless we contact them. They half heartedly complete tasks, leave tasks undone unless hounded by the customer. Do not use this contractor. What was supposed to be an exciting time has turned into a nightmare with all the cleaning up after them, zero communication or commitment to a schedule and excuses.
