i hired Todd Giza in April of 2021 for a total window replacement. I paid a 5k down payment and was told the project would be complete August 2021. Todd Giza cashed my down payment check and i never heard from him again until Black Friday 2021 at 4:30 pm when he called to say he had my windows and would begin my project on December 15, 2021. i explained that date would not work for me and i never heard from Todd again until March of 2022 when he said he did not have my windows (they had never been ordered) and that we has going to refund my down payment. Todd did send a partial via Paypal in Marchl of 2022 but to date will not give me the courtesy of a response nor will he provide the remainder of my down payment. please do not do business with this person. I have written him off line various times trying to get him to do the right thing and i am concerned that he will take money from other people who cannot afford to lose as i have lost money after signing with Todd Giza/Pristine Windows.
