    Worked with Chris on a gut bathroom and kitchen project. Bathroom project was managed by an intermediary and kitchen was direct with Chris. Overall, Chris was great, though sometimes difficult to get ahold of. They did great work in my bathroom, though sub flooring was build up way too tight around the heating pipe, which cracked tile/ceiling a few months post renovation. It was fixed by the project managing company. The work on my kitchen was overall good, but full of several frustrating, albeit minor, issues where the work got a little careless. Had an issue with the backsplash that should have been an easy touch up. After an initial follow up and conversation with Chris on fixing this, he completely ghosted. So I have very mixed feelings overall on my experience.

    Gut renovation 2 bedroom, 2 bath co-op

    We are extremely pleased with the gut renovation to our upper east side two bedroom, two bath co-op. The work was completed within the estimated costs, and Chris was accommodating regarding changes to the plans as the project progressed. He was approachable, easy to talk to and very responsive about our modifications. Chris understood and created ways to resolve building issues. He worked very well with the architect, building superintendent and building staff. He suggested changes to improve the design and helped us source appliances and materials saving us money. His workers were terrific, on time and helpful about getting the details just right. His team followed the building requirements regarding work hours, noise and clean up. All work was done according to NYC Dept. of Building codes. We highly recommend Privilege Construction for all types and phases of the project.

    I worked with Privilege Construction Corp. for 1 bathroom remodel project in my house in Manhattan.
    If you tell them what you want, they'll either figure out how to make it happen or explain why it's not a good idea, based on the structure/layout of the space.
    The project was completed well ahead of our agreed upon schedule and the bathroom look great.
    Highly recommend them!

    I had one month to get the renovations done in my apartment. They were able to get everything done a few days before that! I was so happy to see that they did the renovations as if it was their own home. Such a great experience!
