Cons
Attention to detail is lacking. Interior molding joints don’t match up, poor paint job on woodwork and walls, cracks in concrete, floor finish has pieces of grass imbedded. Be careful to get everything promised in writing. The partners don’t communicate well and often don’t agree. If I had it to do over, I would have passed on the home. Avoid this company.
