Steve is a scam artist. He goes by different trade names and advertises on craigslist. He requires a deposit before scheduling work. Then the excuses start coming, one after another until he finally stops returning calls. I paid a deposit for fence work in August and he took my money without any intention of completing the work. He also uses the name Drywall Solutions LLC. You have been warned.

Did not follow requirements of contract. Did shotty work, didn't have right tools, worker was argumentative, lack of working knowledge of fence building techniques, dug huge hole to set one post, that is now the least stable on my fence and it is a corner post with a gate on it?

Terrible experience. I paid a 50% deposit on fence installation in July 2020. Steve Cory and team never showed up to do the install. I continued to email and call them for four months and received a litany of excuses: COVID, air quality, Oregon emergency, on and on. Finally, they stopped responding to me. Steve Cory also operates under "Cory Drywall Solutions". Before working with them, review Yelp, the BBB and Buildzoom.com. There are many of us who have been scammed by Probuilt Fence/Steve Cory. Save yourself the money and headache and stay away from this company.
