In a word. . .TERRIBLE company and TERRIBLE service! Worst experience with a service company I have ever had!
Their technician missed two set appointments for service at our home, their office manager is rude and lacks simple customer service skills, when we complained that their technician was late, and that we were upset because we had waited over 10 hours for service, the Office Manager actually canceled our service because I asked for a discount.
If you value good honest service and a company with courteous employees DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
