Customer service is poor. We are almost 10 months since initial communication. 9 months since down payments. The project was slightly slow to start but has been near standstill for the past 5 months. We have solar panels on our roof since February and they are still not generating power ($$$) for us and it is now August (6 months later). The contractor made some mistakes with permitting etc. and was slow to rectify. It took leg work and phone calls on our part to keep things moving. Still, very slow progress... failed inspections, lack of returned phone calls/texts, promises of 'taking care of it' without action. On a positive note, the panels look great! We hope someday to enjoy them as a renewable energy source.
