Did what needed to be done quickly, happily, and affordably. We had a quote from a big company that was totally absurd (and quite lengthy) compared to Pro Flow HVAC. He came as soon as possible, quoted us, came back with everything and got the job done (which consisted of a major ventilation retrofitting to bring a 100 year old house up to code). He made what seemed to be a major project look easy, and was smiling the whole time. His quote was merely a fraction of the other guys. This company sustains my faith in small businesses.

Recently, my 22 yr old furnace died. I knew it was on its last leg but wanted to use it as long as possible so when I was without heat, I needed help fast. Also, I was worried about being vulnerable for price and service due to the urgency. I called Johnny at Pro Flow and was extremely pleased. He responded promptly and on time and gave me a quote in line with the lowest quote I had received in the past. He installed the furnace quickly and when he said he would, was careful, cleaned up afterward and was very professional. It turned out great and I'm very pleased!! ME, 12/8/2013
