    I received a coupon from these people in our local flyer and called to make an appointment to have our a/c serviced. Left a message, they responded two days later. I made an appointment for Wed, June 8 at 8am. I rearranged my schedule and cleared things around furnace and a/c. No one showed up that, no phone call explaining why, so I called them and had to leave messages again. This company is very unprofessional and their actions, or lack of actions, are just rude. Dealing with this company will lead to nothing but frustration.
