Hired this company to make our side porch into an all-seasons room. What was supposed to begin within 12 weeks and take at most 5 days is still unfinished 11 months later, there is scrap metal and scrap wood under our porch; the porch ceiling was removed and insulation installed then left open to the elements, insects, and birds; our porch light was disconnected and placed on the porch where it still sits; I could go on and on. We asked for honesty and communication, but received lies and empty promises. SAVE YOUR MONEY. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE.

I truly hope to be able to improve this review in the next few months. However, given the very challenging and disappointing experience I’ve had with Pro Sunroom since June of 2020, I felt obligated to transparently share my experience with other buyers, who are considering working with Pro Sunroom. If had known what I know now, I would have gone a different direction with our project, as we are now 8+ months into this project, with no end in sight.
My experience with Pro Sunroom started in May 2020, when we began looking for companies to add a large, 4-seasons sunroom to our home. After a very smooth and professional sales process, we signed a contract in June 2020 with an estimated delivery date of our sunroom in 12 to 16 weeks (3 to 4 months). Since June of 2020, our project has been tarnished by an ongoing series of delays, missed commitments and an utter lack of communication.
Construction on our project finally started in October of 2020 (4 months after signing an agreement and after countless commitments that “we’ll be starting soon”…)
• The foundation for the room was completed the first week of October
• After a 5 week delay, the framing for the room began and was completed by mid-November
• Since mid-November, there has been no progress on our project
• Our backyard has been left as shown in this picture – unsightly, completely unusable, full of mud and scattered trash, construction materials and waste. The wood and interior materials of the room are completely exposed to the elements.
• Pro Sunroom has been unable to provide me a date as to when the project will resume. It has been two months of being told “hopefully soon”…
• The only time I hear from Pro Sunroom is when I ask for an update or when they are looking to get paid. Communication throughout the process has been abysmal.
• I have resorted to trying to get an update directly from the manufacturer of the glass, as to when our materials will be available. I’ve had limited success.
• At this point, I’ve engaged our attorney to explore options to move forwardIn the spirit of transparency and honesty, there have been some positives throughout the process, but they are grossly overshadowed by the endless negatives:
Pros:
• When work occurs, it is well done. The quality of the foundation and the initial framing work is good.
• The team doing the work is polite and professional
• As mentioned previously, the sales process was smooth (albeit, full of questionable commitments). The 3D renderings of the project are very helpful in visualizing the room.Cons:
• Endless delays with no end in sight
• Complete lack of communication or involvement from the company owner (Rick Edwards). I’ve only seen him once during the construction to check on the work being done and I only proactively hear from him when he needs paid. I have to initiate all requests for a project update. Given the size of this project (and the cost), I’d be communicating with my customer weekly at minimum. This isn’t a small or inexpensive project…I’ll continue to update this story and share progress as the project (hopefully) moves forward. In the meantime, other perspective buyers are welcome to contact me to discuss my experience further.
More to come…

I would not recommend this company.I have been dealing with this company for 4 years now .The job was never finished they need to redo the door still not done .The forever warranty is non existent .They are always coming next week never to show. Every time a new project manager gets hired there .They call and say I'm going to take care of your room ok that does not last long I can't even get scheduled and now they won't even call me back.Save your self the stress Do Not Hire Them If anyone wants to see the work that was done by this company you can come see it.find me on Facebook and message me Butler Pa Robin Wagner

They did my mother’s sunroom in 2018. They started 2 months late and then proceeded to do a heinous job from start until the time we kicked them off of the job. The roof they installed leaked, the sliding doors and windows never fit properly and do not seal, and the carpentry and cuts made to the boards appear as if done by a gaggle of drunks. We hired other contractors to finish it, and then sued these turds. Rick was a “nice guy” but look out. The good sounding words were never followed up with deeds. They even stopped paying after ordered to pay my mother $6,000 after sueing them. Next to the words untrustworthy and incompetent in the dictionary should be a photo of Rick.
