DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!
All the 1 star reviews on here are spot on.
They came to our business to fix 2 garage doors that weren't opening and closing properly, add some remotes and weatherproof them. They were here for the ENTIRE day and charged us $12,000 which seems high, but whatever at least our doors are working.
2 weeks later they stop working again. We ask them to come back.....like you guys just fixed these, what's going on? They said "oh, the electrical box was super dirty on the inside so that's causing trouble...and uh you need a new sensor". Your guys were here the entire day, we paid 12k and you didn't even clean out the dirty electrical box when you were here??! So we have them replace the sensor...they charge us $500 more (they basically keep you hostage and won't leave until you give them a credit card)....and it stopped working AGAIN!!!!
Now they're like, just kiddingggg YOU NEED A WHOLE NEW SYSTEM. We told them either you credit us the labor you've already done towards a new system or we're replacing it ourselves. Jim was supposed to call us back but never did. So we're out $12k and having to replace the system ourselves.
BUT WAIT - THERE'S MORE!
Now, 2 months later they've randomly charged my credit card another $500. I called to find out why, the lady who answered said she would check and call me back. 4 days later, no call back.
I call again and the owner Jim answered and immediately starts SCREAMING at me that we never paid him and of course he's going to run my card to get his money. WHAT?! You can't just run people's credit cards all willy nilly 2 months after you've been there with NO EMAIL, NO CALL, NO RECEIPT, NO NOTIFICATION AND NOT AUTHORIZATION!!!! I eventually had to just hang up on him because he kept screaming and talking over me. Now I have to get a new credit card....because apparently they've kept my card number on file and just take money whenever they feel like it.
So unprofessional, terrible customer service, and their work wasn't even done well.
