Terrible, awful, all experiences with Jason and Proline, nothing but lies, fake promises. Takes money upfront and never comes to do the work. Om my god, the excuses, there laughable, I couldn't tell you how many people passed away, had the flu, cellulitis, widow make surgery, you name it, he will tell it. Oh, and he sure will make promises. Anyway, paid for our roof, after over a year in delays, which no, rain and weather had nothing to do with, an entire year, the job was done poorly and much that was paid for was not completed. The ice guard I paid for was never applied nor was the flashing around the chimney replaced. Upon inspection, the job that was done, was terrible. I am in court now over this, and I did win, so, keep all your text messages and any communication. You will need it. I am now trying to get the money back. After acquiring a lawyer there was much I could see online about court cases that sure shed some light on this company. He took my money up front, we tried multiple times to fire him, they did not have our money, of were did it go??? Got a lawyer, still have her and another one on this, when she reached out he didn't have money, wanted a payment plan to get fired??? Best bet was to let him finish, awful idea, never did the roof right, have cracks in pain already, ton of things done poorly. I urge everyone to stay away, caused so many problems for me and my family and we are still dealing with this. Look him up in the court system before you commit, read the reviews. Home advisor removed them for all the terrible reviews. I will continue to let everyone in my area know about this experience. There are so many other professional contractors out there, stay away from this one, or, have a lawyer handy.

Stay away from them. They painted my trim and several rooms a few years ago. Horrible job. I had to make sure they sanded old varnish off of doors and trim. Jason will also trying solicit more work from you. ays he has "guys" to do work. For example he has a door guy who is actually his brother who works at the railroad. My doors were hung very poorly and he even cracked the threshold. I had them also replace all my hinges and knobs inside. Screws were stripped. Doors do not close right. I had to have a carpenter come and fix everything. Jason was supposed to replace trim in my house that was scratched. All he did was paint over and do a poor caulking job. There are more issues with this company. Jason even promises sports tickets and other things. All lies. He takes your money upfront and you have to babysit him. Stay away from Pro Line

By Betty M.March 14, 2019Install a kitchen and construction of a porch
I would not recommend Proline Painting. After several months of promising to install a kitchen for me, I was informed by Proline that they were unable to do this job for me. In the meantime I had another company install my kitchen. Proline was paid in full for this job but as yet to pay me back for the job. They were given a check by me in August of 2018 for more than $14,000. This is now March of 2019 and I have still not received my refund. All I have ever received has been one lie after another. Please, stay away from Proline Painting.

Stay away from Proline Painters in Scottdale. I have never dealt with such an unreliable company. They were to start thr job in August according to their contract. When I started contacting them in September about a start date, I would be given a time that was repeatedly delayed. In October I was given promises about a start date only days away, took off work and then they didn't even notify me they weren't coming. The last straw was when on a Monday they said they would start the next day only to then receive a text that they would come weeks later. Dealing with them has been bizarre and stressful.

I would not call this company if it were the last company on earth!! Jason kept kept delaying our job and it took almost 2 years to get our house painted fully and even then, it wasn’t right
He painted the floor of our porches with house pink instead of porch paint which I had specified. Everything we put back on the porch stuck to it and he agreed to come back out and paint it with porch paint but never did.
Jason was always talking about going on these really big expensive vacations with his family and then asking us for more money before the job was done because he couldn’t get supplies! He comes across as so honest and sincere, but he is just a shyster!
He also screwed over our neighbor, and our neighbor is going to take him to court over it.
I don’t know who’s name is on their license but Jason runs the company, which makes me wonder why he can’t hold the license himself. Obviously there is something weird going on.
Please, please, please, do not use this company!
