  Rob Sigman collected my $20,00.00 deposit for an outdoor kitchen installation six months ago and last communicated with me via email on 3/22/22 that all my appliances and cabinets were at his wholesaler and he was about three weeks out with “footer” work. On 4/18/2022 I emailed him for an update only to have the email returned undeliverable.Which legitimate company would change their email and contact numbers and not inform the customers under contract. Buyers beware.

  I signed the contract June of last year. Make a deposit. Waited patiently. Tim keep saying permits taking too long. Finally October got permit but excuse now was not able to start digging because no concrete shortage! Finally January 2022. They are ready to dig. Promise that it will be quick. Make 50% payment from $40,000 contract. For about 3 months there is a hole at the backyard. Until last week of March put the gunite. Never showed up until visited the office on April 14.. close office! found customer same boat looking for them. Now I found out they have not paid the gunite company so I owe now the gunite company and if not paid they will lien towards my property! I treated them with kindness and professionalism but it’s pay back time. They need to be in jail no matter what happen! Bunch of crooks!!!

  Rob "Warren" Sigman and the whole crew of Pro Pool Builders are nothing more than a bunch of liars, conmen and thieves. They took money from me and well over 100 other people and never built their pools. Lots of people left with holes in their yard, no permits but money paid to them. Stay away from Pro Pool Builders at all costs! Search Facebook Pro Pool Builders and you will ssee just what I am talking about.

  It took them 7 months to get our permit and then they closed their doors and kept our money. I am not the only one they ripped off. Just search Facebook for Pro Pool Builders to see the many people they ripped off.

  I don’t even know where to start.
  We hired them last year October. A deposit was given and they never started digging until March 2022. Hole was dug 3 times because they could not get it straight. Finally rebar was laid and then they gave us a date of April 11th for gunite.
  My husband tried to reach out to Rob, and Chris for the past few days and nobody would return his call. Then he started texting every contact we had then Chris finally replied. Chris stated unfortunately he does not work for Pro pool builders any longer and please contact your building department for any further information regarding your contract. After we received that text we started googling and found hundreds of people stating they have been scammed from pro pool builders. We have lost $44,000 so far and we called the bank and there’s nothing they can do to help us. We all need to come together and get a class action lawsuit against them. I cannot believe they completed my neighbors Amore pool scam disaster and now they scammed us.
  We are beyond devastated and I’m having PTSD. We even had to have our fence moved out 14 feet so they can get their equipment in the back to dig the hole for the pool . So technically were out more than $44,000. We have dirt piles everywhere and had to have a tractor brought out to move the dirt so we could get into our shop. This company needs to pay for what they did to all these innocent customers.
  Especially Rob and George. We wonder if Chris even knew anything that was going on, this is by far disgusting. When we signed our contract I knew in my heart that place was shady and I still went along with out decisions to hire them.
  They legit scammed us and kept putting us off and now they filed bankruptcy I hear, so they have no assets to go after.

  Beware! This company is run by scam artist! They have over $30k of our money, we have a huge hole and piles of dirt in our backyard. Thats it! And now they're no where to be found. The owners George Galiszewski and brothers Tim and Rob Sigmond have done this before under another pool co. name. Currently there are about 180 of us in the same boat, from Miami to PSL. We're all headed to our perspective county sherrifs dept to report this fraudulent scam of a company. I hope they can get the owners before they open yet another pool company under a different name and scam even more Floridian's. They all need to be in jail!

  Install spa pool pavers thru out & screen enclosure

  Pro Pool Builders STOLE our money they came dug up the place installed rebar which is now rusted & have not returned to complete the work. They are not responding to text or calls, & no one of importance is ever in the office when we demand to know what's going on. We've been without use of our yard since January & neither the owner ROBERT SIGMAN or our saleswomen MONIKA POLAK are to be found. We are in the midst of escalating this matter to the proper authorities!

  They said my pool would be completed in 3 months it been a year and still not completed. The city came out today because they are not finishing the pools they started and they keep extending the inspections. They even tried to tell me I signed a contract last year and the prices have gone up… are you kidding! We agreed and signed a contract for a certain size, sq ft of pavers, depth, bubblers, lights etc They try to change everything and we constantly have to remind them hey we paid for three lights not 2, we get 400 sq ft of pavers not 300 sq ft they didn’t give us nothing that we had in the contract and what we paid for, they are ridiculously and will screw you at every turn. We waited 3 months for pavers. They took our pavers we had for our driveway and used them in the pool deck because they didn’t order enough. In our contract we have 1st month of maintenance and chemicals, net, brushes, etc after after the pool was filled… water green the came and put a bag of salt and turned the pump on. All the debris from construction is at the bottom of the pool, the pump has been running non stop for a week. The pump says error. We have called them everyday no response. The plaster cures with the correct water chemicals and Ph. So needless to say the plaster is stained. Hopefully the pump isn’t fried. Don’t use this company!!! There is a review on Facebook where the people they dug a pool for house is collapsing because the haven’t come back to finish the pool.

  This company is terrible. It’s been a year and I still have a hole in the ground. They never answer the phone and they damaged my things and never even told me. Thank god I have cameras that record everything. I see why they are going through so many litigations in court. I’ve been waiting for my decking for 2 months. It’s crazy how they keep taking on more jobs and taking people money will they still have customers waiting after a year.

  Build a pool

  Do not hire this company to build a pool. It’s been over 4 months and they haven’t even pulled my permit. When asked, they make all kinds of excuses about how your new home’s topo map wasn’t accepted by the county. THAT is a blatant lie and when confronted, they change their story. They have NEVER proactively called me to give any updates on any single part of this project. If I don’t call them, I don’t get any updates. But their updates are merely stall tactics and getting anyone on the phone is another issue. The person/s you want to talk to are never in the office or they just don’t answer their phones. Too many red flags. Do not use this company
