    We had CHOICE Home Warranty and put a claim for our A/C unit to be checked. They assigned Pro Price Heating & Cooling LLC and this company sent one guy who came and pretended did something that did not resolve the problem. We requested another person to come. That "technitian" came and said they A/C needed Freon and charge $1,200.00 for that. We accepted becasue with the 120 degrees in Vegas, we did not have another option. We also paid $100.00 before the fisrt "technitian" came as cost of visit requiere by CHOICE. Now Pro Price Heating & Cooling LLC is sending us a bill for $30.00. How they pretend we pay $1330 dollars total for a freon!!! The technitians together were not in my house not even 30 minutes, they charged more than a brain surgeon!!!! And want $30.00 more. ABSOLUTELY NOT! We want a refund for what we overpaid from the $1,200.00./ We need to know how much was the cost of the freon in the first place. We need a break up of the total charged to us. And have the diference of the OVER CHARGED CREDITED TO US.

    This is our complaint with the BBB. PLEASE DO NOT USE , DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THE LOVE OF JESUS. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST.

    My AC was leaking water and called ProP Price heating and cooling, they sent a technician his name is Derek, great service he did above and beyond his service, stopped the leaks and more, thank you Derek, exceptional service.
