    Re-roofing the entire house, uninstalling the solar panels and re-installing them
    $32,000

    Although the work was completed on time, Pro Quality failed to register the project with GAF (shingles manufacturer) for GAF's comprehensive lifetime warranty and also failed to send us Pro Quality's 10 yr labor warranty. It took a toll with a lot of back and forth with GAF to get the GAF lifetime warranty. Pro Quality had apparently let their elite contractor status expire with GAF. During this period Pro Quality refused to respond to phone calls and emails (no explanation given). They finally sent their 10 yr warranty but with a NJ HIC license that had expired. The owner had tweaked the business name from Pro Quality Construction to Pro Quality Construction Services Corp which is registered under a different active NJ HIC license. They have not yet sent us a new Pro Quality warranty with the active NJ HIC license. They have given me no reason to even want to think of them the next time. A very aggravating experience.

    I just finish working on siding job with Pro Quality Construction in Trenton NJ, i highly recommend them for professionalism and experience , always answering the question that i had.
