Based upon my experience of dealing with Roof Replacement resulting from June 29th 2023 Hail Storm... I would like to recommend the services of Pro Restoration to support recovery from Storm Damage to a Roof.
In particular a shout out to Brayton Hillhouse, who was so helpful in guiding me through the challenges of my Home Insurance claim.
Brayton responded promptly and because of his efforts, actions and follow-up. I am pleased to report my roof has been successfully replaced with excellent results.
Although the Hail Damage occurred last summer, the claim approval was delayed because of the large number of claims. Through Brayton’s help and direct actions in meeting with Claims adjusters and providing supporting claim documentation, I received full Home Insurance approval of my claim in October.
Due October delay, Brayton advised, and I agreed, delaying roof replacement to the Spring would ensure the best Shingle adhesion with the warmer weather installation.
Brayton worked with us to select the best color match for roofing materials and gutter system damage. Then he followed up diligently in the Spring as he worked with the Pro Restoration Production Manager to schedule the necessary work.
Amazingly, the Materials showed up on a Friday for the work scheduled the following Monday... In one-day, a defect free roof was replaced.
All accomplished with a clean-up effort by the crew that left little evidence that the roofing work was just completed.
A week later, the Gutter System crew came in and replaced the gutters and downspouts.
