    First Class Heating and Air Conditioning!

    I was having issues with the air conditioning at our home in Surprise.. We were referred to Don Wade with Pro Solutions Air for service. He came out and found the problem took pictures from the attic, he showed us what was the matter, what had caused the failure as well as how it could be prevented in the future. Pro Solutions Air was a pleasant to work with, their timing was accurate to suggested schedule and they called when in route to our home.. We felt very comfortable with there service and repair cost… They didn’t try to up sell as the other in the past. We will use them as needed and refer them out.. Thank you guys!

    A/C repair
    Service promised, not delivered

    I called this company a week ago and set up an appointment with "Don Wade" to come and fix my son's condo A/C. Don said he would come between 10-11 am. When on the appointed day Don didn't show up and didn't call, I called him myself. He said he didn't come because he was waiting for the "confirmation call" from me (???) Don would not listen, he quickly said, "I can't help you, look for someone else", and hang up on me. Don Wade is rude and unprofessional. I will never hire this company again.
