Tod Lawler is a scam artist. He was very attentive to our new roof needs and we signed a contract and provided him with the requested $6200 deposit. He then disappeared with the money. It has been six months and no work has been done, and he stopped responding to emails or calls months ago. He pulled the same scam on two other neighbors and took their money as well. The contract was signed six months ago and nothing is done. I checked the insurance policy he claimed in the contract and that insurance company has not covered him for a long time. This guy is a total fraud.
