I have been leaving msgs. for dewayne gurley to contact me. I have satisified my acct#pt000054tn my problem still exist. Ii have numerous leaks in my house above my electric stove in my living room above my flat screen to only say my carport @patio. I have nails!!!!!! piercing thru the said roof that was replaced with the Pro- Tech Metal,Inc system that I entrusted my funds to please help
also, I have a lifetime warranty really. why can't or won't no-one contact me ? while I was still paying for the roof I complained someone was sent out . told me the roof was not properly done. never heard no more from you. really? is that how business is done? I continued to pay my statements as they came.all I am asking is for is customer satisfaction. please acknowledge my request. that is a lot of monies to invest @no satisfaction
